On Sunday my family and I went out for Father's Day.  I decided to keep it casual and comfortable with leggings and flats. I was feeling a little girly so I chose a lace tunic and of course my Louie bag :)  I love love love the lace detailing on the tunic, I think it is the perfect top to be worn with an outfit like so, or over a bikini on a beach day!

Ke$ha

Last weekend I went to the Ke$ha concert at Jones Beach... When attending a Ke$ha dance party, there is only one way that is acceptable... Decked out head to toe like a total misfit.

This is the only time other then Halloween that it will be the norm to wear crazy war paint, fringe with studs and a ton of glitter(even though I think a ton of glitter is always necessary). It was so much fun to get to dress up for the night and feel completely care free about how it looked, and what anybody had to say about it! Ke$ha's style is all about FUN & that's all that mattered last Saturday night!

Beach Days

 It is that time of year again.. & In my eyes, this is the most happiest time of the year. To me there is nothing better then sunshine, sand and sitting at the sea's shoreline.

Summer fashion is also my favorite, The shorts, cute airy tank tops, and the endless amount of beaded sandals.... and don't forget the BIKINIS!!!

Have you ever had that time in your life where you are so go go go, you feel like you cant catch up with yourself? This past few weeks has been pure craziness for me, finally having a brief moment to myself, I have been able to reconnect my focus and start doing what I love most, blogging for all of you!  

Although over the past 15 days I have been unable to capture my full outfits, I managed to snag some Instagram photos & figured while  I am trying to catch myself up, I can keep you guys somewhat current on what I have been wearing :)

I Love Lucy

Lucille Ball is one of my all time favorite women in the entertainment world and I Love Lucy is one of my all time favorite television shows. Whenever I see polka dots and red together, I cannot help but be reminded of the red headed icon. When I saw this dress in Forever 21, I couldn't help myself. I had to have it, all I could think about was that classic fifties style and I just fell in love. Sometimes the best outfits are inspired by television or the actors in them. I felt so happy and comfortable in this dress and it was awesome when one of my co-workers picked up on my inspiration and said .. "Helllloooooo Lucyyyyy"

A day in the park

Finally a beautiful day where the weather was perfect for a walk in the park. I kept it casual wearing my favorite pair of denim skinny's from Forever 21, and since it was a bit warm, I chose a light airy blouse from Free People. I love the detailing and the combination of the cobalt blue and sea foam green! As far as the accessories, I am obsessed with over sized rings and animal jewelry, I think the pieces I chose, compliment the outfit well and add a slight touch of fun :)

Rainy Day Stripes and Dots

Rain Days are normally dreadful and boring, but I decided to have some fun on this rainy day and play with patterns. The stripped umbrella and polka dotted rain boots added a fun flair to the casual pairing of  a T-shirt and Jeans.  

Alice and Wonderland is one of my all time favorite movies and literary works, so when I saw this T while thrifting one day, I couldn't hold back. It contains one of my favorite quotes, which I think relates to anyone anywhere. We all are constantly changing and learning as we live through our daily lives. I loved the painted look of the caterpillar with the pops of color.

Pink & Navy

Navy & Pink are one of my favorite color combinations, I love the fun punch pink packs mixed with the calming feel navy brings in. When I saw this dress I immediately fell head over heels, the hot pink stripes with the lace over lay was just so adorable to me. I loved pairing the dress with one of my favorite wardrobe staples ... A blazer and bringing out the pink with my flats :)

This outfit was so much fun for me. Girlie, flirty and classy all wrapped into one adorable spring look!

Today was Wacky Wednesday at my job and I decided to go bright! I love the highlighter hot pink of the pants!! How cute! The sweater is so cozy and I am kind of obsessed with the zigzagged pattern!

Today was the perfect day for an afternoon on the beach. The sun was shining and the breeze was just right. I love days like today, when I can be comfy and casual and stay calm and collected :)

Birthday Bliss

Birthday's are the one day a year other then Halloween to dress like a princess and have it be acceptable. When I saw this dress at Forever, I knew I had to have it for my birthday attire. The whole look reminded me of Carrie Bradshaw, with an edgier appeal. The cut out sides and the tutu just created the perfect look. I threw it together with a statement necklace and some curls!
